We want you to love our products as much as we do, so if it doesn't fit, you’ve had a change of heart, it’s faulty or you just aren’t feeling it. No worries! We believe returns should be easy . We'll refund all items which:
· Are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
· Are returned to us in perfect condition, with the original packaging this includes any plastic covering/bags and with the labels attached.
· Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please pack your parcel up securely, preferably using its original packaging.
Ensure you pop a note inside with your name on it so we know who it has come from
It is important that you ensure any metal parts are secured in the box and in its original packing. If it can move during transit it can damage or scratch the unit and this will affect your refund.

The customer must pay all shipping charges.
We are pretty confident you will know within 48 hours if the Buddy Rider is for you and your dog. If you wish to return your unit after 14 days of receipt, you will need to email us and explain the reason it is outside the 14 day window. It will be at our discretion to then offer a full refund on the returned unit.
Our Twickenham office will be closed from 8th Dec - 7th Jan. You will still be able to place online orders and receive, but you won't be able to visit us on site. If you have any queries or questions please email us only on info@buddyrider.co
